ACADIA: Adaptive Architecture
Association for Computer-Aided Design in Architecture 2013
October 21-26, 2013
Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
Brad and UTA students from TOPOCAST Lab will exhibit work at the ACADIA International Conference in Cambridge Ontario, Canada. The work is the result of on-going research into digitally fabricated casting methodology and illustrates a range of methodologies and mediums.
ADAPTIVE ARCHITECTURE will include a focus on computational design of environmentally responsive, intelligent, interactive, and reconfigurable architecture. Creators and researchers are encouraged to make submissions. A special program for student submissions has been created, accommodating student research and creation work at graduate and undergraduate levels. More on the conference can be found here.
